Incyte Capital, together with its affiliates Incyte Capital Partners, LLC and Incyte Capital Funding, LLC, is a privately-held investment holding company focused exclusively on private equity control investments and recapitalization buyouts. Incyte seeks investments in medium-sized turnaround and established public and private companies. Incyte has particular vision and expertise in assisting management of superior companies with issues involving illiquidity, overleverage, or suboptimal ownership and capitalization. Incyte does not invest in angel, early venture or minority passive positions, and does not participate in hedging activities.

Incyte's approach is also distinguished by a high level of post-closing involvement with the senior management of portfolio companies. Incyte is interested in both growth companies and more mature companies.  Business criteria include a proven product with existing customers and recurring revenues, and financial performance at or approaching cash flow breakeven.

Industry sectors of particular interest and expertise include telecommunications, developed technology and software, healthcare, selected energy, basic industries and selected consumer products, although all sectors are considered.
