Members

Incyte members include the principal members of the private equity investment company and both affiliate and portfolio management members.  Teams are created on an investment-specific basis.  The principal members have over 30 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance, debt and equity funding, and over 20 years of equity and portfolio company investing in the middle market.  Biographies and description of members are available upon request.
