Carridine C. Say
Director, Portfolio Officer

Ms. Say is a Director, Portfolio Officer with Incyte Capital and is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring all investments in Incyte's portfolio. Prior to joining Incyte in 2000, Ms. Say was a financial analyst in the corporate finance department of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in San Francisco, where she focused on financial restructuring and M&A transactions in the consumer, healthcare, media and technology industries. Prior thereto, she was with Alex. Brown & Sons, which she joined in 1997.

Ms. Say is currently a Board member of Madison Telecommunications Holdings Inc. (private), the parent company of Paging Network of Canada Inc. (private).

Ms. Say received her Bachelor of Arts and Science (B.A.S.) degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Stanford University in 1997.
